Established in 1988, Steve's Barber Shop has been a staple of the College Hill District in Rock Island for over 35 years. It's a place that reminds you of the barber shops you went to as a kid.
Steve Coulston Sr. ran the shop for decades, building a loyal community. Today, Steve Jr. and his son proudly carry on the tradition. We're proud Rock Islanders serving our neighbors, Augustana College students, and folks who drive in from all over the Quad Cities.
